Not at all Asbach Uralt: In the former brandy production facility directly opposite the Rüdesheim train station, you can now eat a seasonally changing menu of four to ten courses in the blue hall at white-covered tables: lobster in brown butter, pak choi with confit garlic or black tiger shrimp with genmaicha. À la carte there is a selection of flavors: umami the chateaubriand, sweet pork belly - and of course the creatively arranged desserts. Relaxed service and special menus with friendly winegrowers. No question: In Rüdesheim you can eat much worse.
