Gault&Millau's review 2025

The restaurant at the Hotel Lindenhof, run by the Hankh family, impresses with its old German charm and harmonious furnishings with antiques. Chef Udo Hankh serves seasonal, classic cuisine here - ideal for those who appreciate good taste. In addition to the French onion soup, there is mildly smoked salmon with grated biscuits, for example. The aromatic venison veal medallion with hazelnut crust and potato noodles is also convincing. The wine list is well stocked and fairly priced. Friendly service and a small terrace invite you to linger. Here, good food meets a cosy atmosphere.
