In the middle of the old town, in a hidden side street, hides a small visionary gourmet oasis that inspires with modern seasonal cuisine. Minimalist and stylishly furnished, the room exudes a relaxed, inviting atmosphere, while the unagitated service ensures well-being. Most of the ingredients come from local farmers, which gives the dishes a special freshness. There is a choice of a 4- to 6-course menu, which is also vegetarian on request. The menu surprises with highlights such as an aromatic mushroom soup with koji pearl barley or the glazed Jerusalem artichoke, which is perfectly matched with salted lemon foam and Jerusalem artichoke cream. A finely tuned slice of sturgeon with fennel salad and caviar convinces with the harmonious balance of aromas. Excellent service and a well thought-out wine list round off the experience.
