Orange is the defining colour of the restaurant in the trendy Unterbilk district, and the dishes served by patron Rob Op den Kamp are also colourful. The chef has worked with teachers such as Harald Wohlfahrt or Joachim Wissler, but cooks himself in a very uncomplicated yet upscale way with good ingredients. The house classic is the fish soup with rouille sauce at a low price, accompanied by a whole sole from the grill with triplet salad, grilled octopus on beetroot risotto or juicy saddle of rabbit with Brussels sprouts and rösti. Cheap lunch, extensive wine list.
