In a charming little restaurant, a very special culinary journey begins, reminiscent of the adventures of Felix, the little rabbit. Do you know him? This charming globetrotter with the red suitcase travels the world, writes letters home, shares his impressions of the big, wide world. We feel the same way about Julia Komp's culinary journey of discovery, where she brings home the recipes of her travels – and there were over 30 countries – in her suitcase. She shares her experiences and taste impressions with us – a true culinary travelogue! The menu unfolds like an exciting book, divided into six or seven delicious chapters. We start in Cambodia, where a Lok Lak Amuse-Bouche awaits us, and quickly find ourselves in Greece for an inspiring dakos with feta. And like Felix, who discovers the best treats on his adventures, we also make a stop in Japan to enjoy the exquisite Bluefin O-Toro: butter-tender, it literally melts in the mouth and unfolds a rich, umami-intense taste, accompanied by a subtle sweetness. Combined with a refreshing watermelon slice and the tangy Umeboshi, acidity, sweetness and saltiness combine in a harmonious way. After this culinary discovery, we experience Indian impressions through a seductive Tikka Masala, presented in a sophisticated combination of cauliflower, cashews and chickpeas. This evening, we travel across nine countries – each dish is unique, in which strong aromas and subtle nuances dance harmoniously with each other. As vibrant and diverse as the world Felix has discovered, every bite becomes an intercultural experience that celebrates the culinary wonders of this earth.
