The Busceddu family serves crème brûlée from foie gras, salmon under the porcini mushroom crust, Swabian-Hallish pork belly, lukewarm seafood with fermented vegetables or very good risotto variations in the maritime blue and white luxury shed directly on one of the most sophisticated marinas on Lake Constance. Some dishes from the German-Italian mix can be ordered not only in the restaurant or on the terrace at a southern volume, in the midst of proven friendliness and activity, but also as a noble take-away on the boat. Solid Italian wine selection.
