In the ALBATROS restaurant at the Heitlinger Golf Resort, Mediterranean cuisine is celebrated with emotion and craftsmanship. Under the direction of chef Giuseppe Peluso, the team pampers its guests. The spacious terrace offers a magnificent view of the golf course and invites hotel guests as well as visitors from near and far to enjoy the creative selection of dishes. Here, the culinary offer is presented with attention to detail and careful preparation. The pizzas with fior di latte, tender pink roasted, home-smoked duck breast or a shrimp raviolo are just a few examples of the creative cuisine. Currently, the restaurant is open seven days a week in one of the most beautiful golf courses in Germany.
