The Ambiente restaurant in Staufen fulfils gourmet wishes for lunch and dinner in a relaxed atmosphere. Three varied and very different menus, the vegetarian, the classic and the ambience menu, delight connoisseurs' hearts. Variety is created because every course from the menus can also be ordered à la carte. An enjoyable highlight is the excellently arranged vegetable, herb and fruit components. On butter carrots in the main course, wafer-thin sliced princess beans top and give a crunchy freshness kick. The beef cheeks, braised to perfection, melt heartily on the tongue. The wine list is manageable and yet not stingy with impressive surprises. A vegan menu is available on request.
