Gault&Millau's review 2025

In the lovingly restored half-timbered house, a culinary oasis has established itself with largely traditional French-German cuisine, but also with one or two fresher accents. Chef Chris Bastian Draisbach combines strong aromas with fine nuances of taste throughout. Good product quality meets mostly classic chords (zander with black pudding, salmon with tarragon) and impeccable preparation. The vegetarian menu, which is treated equally, should be emphasized, which has now evolved from the variation of the classic version to independent flavors - but there is an upgrade in the toque color. However, the wine list remains expandable, but the charming, relaxed service may remain as it is.
