Gault&Millau's review 2025

Named after a traditional Austrian grocery store, guests can expect modern Austrian cuisine with international influences. The selection ranges from a 4- to 6-course menu to à la carte delicacies. Juicy goulash and curd cheese napkin dumplings are classics, while Kaiserschmarrn with homemade applesauce awakens nostalgic childhood memories. Unusual creations such as ceviche of winter cod with kumquat, jalapeño and fennel are also convincing. "It's not just eaten, it's also enjoyed" – this is reflected in the menu that changes monthly. The wine list offers a nice, compact selection with a focus on Austrian wines.
