At the Westhafen, Frankfurt is really stylish and urban: Valet Parking ensures a carefree approach, the large glass front provides an unobstructed view of the Main from all seats, and the casual terrace offers its own beach area. Christian Raudies' "Casual Fine Dining" cuisine goes well with this: Two four-course menus, one classic, the other vegan, offer creative and well-crafted compositions such as alpine heifer with vanilla carrot and Baumkuchen in nut butter or Hokkaido pumpkin with rowan berries.
