Gault&Millau's review 2025

It is not easy to keep track of the large number of restaurants that The Duc Ngo has in its portfolio. But it is easy to say where he serves fish best: namely here, from where he supplies his entire gastro empire with sea creatures. Accordingly, we recommend not spending too long on the menu, which offers all kinds of fish tapas, bowls and carpaccios as well as a fine bouillabaisse, but to go to the long counter and see what is available in terms of Catch of the Day. And that's quite a lot – whether as a fillet or a complete animal. Order, name a side dish request, trust that the kitchen is doing its job (it does it well!) and enjoy. And then off again into the hustle and bustle of Kantstraße, ideally with a slight tipsiness from the good wine list.
