Zhenkun Wang and Lulu Mingyue Gao have created a special fusion of Chinese fresh cuisine and French sophistication in Düsseldorf, which comes into its own in a relaxed bistro atmosphere. Each dish is a creative tribute to the combination of these two traditions, masterfully prepared with passion. Classics include kung pao with tender strips of Miéral black-feathered chicken, peppers, cauliflower and roasted peanuts, or hake dumplings with pak choi and mushrooms in their own fish stock. The wine list surprises with a diverse selection of German, French and Italian wines, including natural and certified organic wines.
