The Moselle flows in front of the 300-year-old half-timbered house, behind which the view goes up to the vineyards: a place to enjoy dignified - but which would also have the potential to become a tourist trap, of which there are quite a few on the Moselle. But Christoph Heim is far from that, on the contrary: he manages to offer both the Mal-just-Essen guest a proper Wiener Schnitzel, as well as more than satisfying discerning culinarians with à la carte dishes such as swordfish carpaccio, foie gras terrine and baked frog legs or sweetbreads and tongue in tarragon jus and a well thought-out gourmet menu. The wine list lists everything that the Moselle has to offer.
