Gault&Millau's review 2025

Heinrich Mann already enjoyed the view of the beach promenade and the Baltic Sea here. Today, in the "Heinrich" (sic!) you can enjoy classics such as a tenderly juicy corn-fed chicken breast with porcini mushroom risotto, of course fresh dishes from local fishermen such as fillet of Baltic Sea zander with Riesling velouté or game from our own hunt such as saddle of venison under cranberry-walnut crust with beech mushrooms, plus greens from our own garden, which Robert Kellner prepares impeccably. By the way, the good breakfast does not only attract the hotel guests of the beach hotel.
