Itadakimasu! Tucked away in a side street near Münchner Freiheit, this small Schwabing restaurant offers authentic Japanese cuisine in a purist atmosphere. The décor is minimalist and clear, with a counter and a few tables that create a private, relaxed atmosphere. In addition to excellent sushi, creative dishes such as onsen egg with caviar, black cod with saikyomiso or steamed dumplings with Ibérico delight. A special highlight is the "Japatapa Ippin" with seven fine snacks that perfectly capture Japan's culinary diversity. A nice selection of sake and wines rounds off the offer.
