The L&I, as this beautiful restaurant with classic white is affectionately called by the many regulars, is always full and thus an exception among Munich's top addresses. Probably because everything fits here and even after a quarter of a century there are no signs of fatigue. The restaurant is characterized by a functional but cozy design. Wooden details, atmospheric lighting and a semi-open kitchen, from which the head patron Hans always greets you in a good mood, create a warm and inviting atmosphere. The focus of the kitchen is on high-quality, daily fresh ingredients, which are used in creative, often surprising dishes. The menu changes seasonally and offers a variety of options. Recommended to avoid being spoilt for choice is the "Carte Blanche". The service and the brilliantly stocked wine cellar under the aegis of Robert Innerhofer are familiar and casual and absolutely accurate when it comes to wine recommendations.
