Gault&Millau's review 2025

From the outside, the Anker looks like many old inns (in this case the family tradition dates back to 1726) that were refreshed in the seventies. From the inside, on the other hand, it is friendly, bright and modern, and Armin Radtke's seasonal fresh cuisine is completely up to date anyway. The saddle of veal is soft pink, served with stuffed morels and an excellent Burgundy sauce, the zander crispy fried on the skin and flaky juicy with pimento foam and vegetable butter noodles, plus vegetarian and vegan alternatives, all also available as a small portion and beautifully presented. An inn with heart, soul and simply good cuisine.
