The Gasthof Hirsch in Ostrach combines Swabian tradition and contemporary enjoyment. In the historic inn, the cuisine with seasonal, local products provides convincing taste experiences: caramelised goat's cream cheese with kumquatragout, a hearty festive soup and sliced liver in a finely tuned shallot and red wine sauce show the repertoire. Josef and Johannes Ermler stand for authentic Swabian cuisine of high quality, which is adapted to the seasons. In summer, the idyllic terrace invites you to relax.
