Since autumn 2023, the charming restaurant has been enriching the Bavarian town of Dingolfing with its vinotheque. Under the direction of Magdalena Mitterhuber, it offers a harmonious combination of rustic charm and modern elegance. The kitchen is run by Sinar Tayyara, Jochen Benz, previously active in Restaurant Jan, ensures a precise selection of wines. Lenis focuses on sophisticated international cuisine. A highlight of the menu is the langoustine, which is perfectly complemented by the salty intensity of N 25 caviar. Vanilla in the form of creamy vanilla ice cream and beurre blanc ensures an excellent taste experience. Sinar Tayyara attaches great importance to selected products and quality, which is reflected in every dish. It will be exciting to see how he will incorporate even more individuality and his own signature into his creations in the future.
