Gault&Millau's review 2025

We are deeply pleased with the ongoing "belle alliance" between the Künstler winery and Les Deux Dienstbach. As hostess, Jennifer Himmel (née Dienstbach) ensures extremely friendly and competent service. In the meantime, however, it is no longer her sister who has been behind the stove, but Christian Aguilar since February 2024 and brings French delicacies to the plates. Absolutely recommended are the entrecôte from Wagyu with béarnaise sauce or Pommery mustard cognac sauce, as well as the Skrei with tarragon-beurre-blanc or the baked free-range egg on spinach and pomme de terre. In summer, a fantastic terrace invites you to linger. The wine list offers a selection of French wines and, of course, the wines of the Künstler winery.
