Gault&Millau's review 2025

In the middle of Hanover's old town, a true Mecca for steak lovers has established itself, which inspires with its cosy ambience and excellent service. The pieces of meat, prepared in the 800-degree Southbend grill, are given perfect crusts and retain their unmistakable juiciness. For true gourmets, we recommend the "800 Degree Special", where three outstanding cuts (a total of 850 g) are presented - ideal for sharing: Wagyu beef fillet and entrecôte "Ash Aged" from Jack's Creek Farms. The wine list impresses with a beautiful selection of Bordeaux wines as well as a variety of Spanish red wines. The service is friendly and attentive.
