In Prenzlauer Berg, Marcel Hertrampf offers a modern fusion with Asian flavors, and his homemade soy sauces are a hit. The menu tempts with delicacies such as Thai gazpacho, pimientos de padrón with dulce de leche and orange, and kohlrabi with hollandaise and chorizo. For a sweet finish, we recommend the cheesecake cream with rhubarb. The sharing menu offers guests who want to experience different flavors a great selection of small dishes to share. Miriam Hertrampf's expertise as a sommelier is evident in the selection of around 250 wines. Not only the matured Rieslings go perfectly with the Asian flavors ...
