The company has dedicated itself entirely to the principles of locally oriented cuisine, which is prepared with fresh, high-quality ingredients. Run with passion for years by the brothers Stefan and Wolfgang Michel, classics such as Franconian Sauerbraten with potato dumplings and red cabbage or Barbarie duck breast with creamed savoy cabbage are served here.
