Gault&Millau's review2025
Müllers on Norderney is the latest address of the multi-restaurateur Nelson Müller, who, in addition to the Diepeschrather Mühle and the gourmet restaurant Schote, also operates restaurants in Geisenheim in the Rheingau and in Essen under the name "Müllers", which are also described herein, even if they are not typical in the menu selection, but in their appearance. In the case of the island restaurant, it is a light, white beach house with a direct view of the sea. The most typical "fish dish" for Müller is probably the caviar blinis from the Siberian sturgeon. Enough criticism – the menu offers consistently good product quality (sashimi of hamachi, breast of Nantais duck, fillet of Hereford beef) in a catchy preparation without chichi and far from the questionable quality of some tourist attractions in a similarly good location.
