High above the old town there are modern and old walls, a beautiful terrace and a lot of joie de vivre - in Gengenbach, life is a pony farm. At least with Tobias Wussler, who diversifies his colorful audience of discerning connoisseurs, hiking guests and event audiences, but is well catered for across the board: with large dry-aged steaks from the charcoal grill, also to share, a perfect Wiener Schnitzel or homemade popsicles with fir green flavor, but also a four-course menu with ceviche of Faroese salmon, scallops and saddle of venison with poppy seed noodles. Recommended!
