In the middle of the idyllic landscape, just a stone's throw from Schwäbisch Hall, lies a charming restaurant with a hotel business - long since an institution. The symbiosis of modern design and rural tranquility creates a pleasant atmosphere. Hans-Harald Reber's kitchen offers a selection of (also vegetarian) menus and varied à la carte dishes. It convinces with a mixture of gourmet creations and down-to-earth classics such as Wiener (veal) schnitzel with roasted potatoes and Swabian onion roast beef. For gourmets, there are also more sophisticated dishes such as veal ravioli with spring morels, white asparagus tips and mushroom foam - a harmonious combination of fresh, seasonal ingredients. Very successful, with a refined variety of aromas, is the variation of Brühlertal lamb with thyme jus and paprika couscous. The service is friendly and competent. In addition to fine wines, the wine list also contains beautiful regional recommendations.
