The Restaurant Ederer and thus Karl Ederer offer a culinary refuge in Munich that is characterized by authentic, finely tuned cuisine. Here, classic flavors and high-quality ingredients are reinterpreted with precise craftsmanship and innovative elegance. The duck foie gras captivates with its creamy texture, the fresh apple-celery salad brings a crunchy, sour component. No less refined is the saddle of venison and braised venison, which harmonize perfectly with the spicy red cabbage, plus crispy potato pancakes - a winter treat. And then the curd dumplings with butter crumbs and apricots: airy as they should be, embraced by buttery crumbs and the sweet acidity of the Wachau apricots - very fine. Of course, there is also the right wine, often presented with beautiful valuables and without much fuss.
