In the middle of the historic heart of Rinteln, the Brand couple has created an epicurean place in a charming half-timbered ambience, where history meets modern sophistication - visible in the seasonal fresh cuisine. Regionality, precision craftsmanship and creative accents characterise the modern, light cuisine: scallops in red cabbage stock, velvety onsen egg on pearl barley risotto or saddle of red venison with liquorice jus. The aromas are finely tuned and unfold evenly. Highlight: The wine list, curated by sommelier Moritz-Christian Brand, shines with depth and rarities. In summer, the quiet beer garden invites you, and cosy tables are also available in the pedestrian zone.
