Daniel Georgiev cooks classic gourmet cuisine in his restaurant, which is modernly furnished in brown tones with a prominently placed walk-in wine cabinet: precisely arranged plates, harmonious combinations, perfect cooking points. The carpaccio of scallops becomes a spicy experience with curry, while the foie gras terrine remains classic comme il faut with Riesling gel. In general, Georgiev relies more on proven flavors such as quail with trumpets of death as well as on surprising accents, but that doesn't have to be a mistake, depending on expectations. The ingredients are of the best quality, and the 300 items on the wine list do the rest for a pleasant, well-rounded enjoyment experience.
