In addition to the Eisvogel with Asian-inspired gourmet cuisine, the Turmstube is the second restaurant in the large wellness hotel Birkenhof in the Upper Palatinate that has dedicated itself to refined regional cuisine. Christian Schider has an uncomplicated but highly tasty cuisine served in friendly, brightly coloured restaurants - from the saddle of wild boar with fried porcini mushrooms to the breast of Upper Palatinate free-range chicken with Cima di Rapa in pumpkin and ginger foam.
