In the former Baunach train station, a building from 1904, history meets modern pleasure. After careful renovation and expansion and a winter garden, the place presents itself as an inviting combination of tradition and style. In the wine cellar (be sure to reserve) you can enjoy a special evening. Particularly noteworthy are the fish dishes such as the carpaccio of Faroese salmon or the turbot with coriander lentils on Riesling espuma. Those who prefer it hearty will also find culinary highlights in the pasta variations or a delicious foie gras. The terrace offers a view of the inner courtyard or the railway line. Friendly, charming service ensures a feel-good atmosphere.
