Near the spa gardens, a family-run hotel restaurant combines a modern ambience with an inviting garden terrace. The creative regional cuisine relies on seasonal ingredients, combines French sophistication with Mediterranean accents and offers à la carte dishes as well as individually combinable menus. As a prelude, bread from the organic bakery inspires with cream cheese cream, salted butter and cress. Surf-and-turf creations are an integral part of the menu here - such as the stuffed breast of Black Forest black feathered chicken with red shrimp, refined with wild garlic sauce and creamy mashed potatoes. It is worth taking a look at the wine list, especially at the rarities.
