You feel a bit like the Roussel family in the tranquil Andel in the living room – admittedly, it is a large living room with many tables and a soundproof ceiling, but an inconspicuous terraced housing estate keeps the classic tourists away, and in the kitchen stands sole chef Thierry Roussel and presents a quite large menu with two seven-course menus (one vegetarian) and upscale tavern dishes, which are served in a friendly manner in the winery of his German-French parents. The products are of good quality, the cuisine is at the highest level, the aromas finely tuned, the foie gras variation is very classic, the Label Rouge Maispoularde crispy and juicy comme il faut. Among other things, there is their own wine to drink. As the name suggests: simply a good address.
