Gault&Millau's review 2025

In the former bank branch, Ruben Baumgart invites you to the table in a completely Alpine way: the comprehensive wine list lists everything that has rank and name in Austria - and nothing else; but it should not be difficult at all to find a suitable wine. There are also four menus, also available à la carte, and here, too, everything is pure Austrian eating pleasure - from the vegetarian version to the seasonal menu and the classics (fried chicken, Wiener Schnitzel) to the signature menu, in which veal bolognese with Belper tuber or yeast dumplings from plucked saddle of veal with roast chicken aromas are served. It's all rock solid, spicy and well done across the board.
