In the romantic hotel on the Vogelsberg, the Schubert family in the fourth generation invites you to the table - whether modern and casual in the "Schuberts" or rustic and cozy in the "Entennest". Both have the same menu, on which we like the colorful mix across styles and regions (otherwise not always a sign of quality), but which is all impeccably prepared at the tables - such as stremel salmon, beef tartare, Breton fish stew, farmer's duck from the oven or fried prawns on porcini mushroom risotto.
